Your consultation ...

There are two ways in which a consultation can work, face-to-face or video call, generally via Skype. When you book your first appointment with FUTURE HEALTH you will receive a questionnaire and a three day food diary for you to fill-out. These two completed forms represent the beginning of our analysis of your lifestyle and diet. You need to complete these forms before your consultation.

Your initial appointment will last around an hour, during which time we will run through your food diary and questionnaire and begin the process of understanding your symptoms. Our aim will be to understand where your imbalances may lie so we can address the root causes and start to build a strong nutritional platform for your recovery. Within forty eight hours you will receive a written nutritional and supplemental plan which will include a personalised health plan.

The science that is at the heart of the FUTURE HEALTH approach to healing includes the option, where required, for testing. This may be a blood test, stool or urine samples or a DNA test. We will explain the advantages of testing during our initial consultation and of course we will help you interpret the results.

Test prices are not included in your consultation fee. Testing is always optional and we will discuss pricing options with you as applicable. Some of the many tests that we offer include:
