MENOPAUSE AND HORMONE HARMONY WEEKEND RETREAT
This is a one-of-a-kind two night retreat in an amazing location. Situated in the beautiful West Lexham Manor, on a stunning 21 acre estate in North Norfolk, this Hormone and Menopause event will bring together the Nutrition and Functional Medicine expertise of Claire Bradbury from Future Health and yoga practitioner Liz Underwood from Intelligent-Movement for a weekend of workshops, talks, yoga, delicious food and relaxation.
The location is renowned for its simple, calming country-style, rich in natural beauty, complimented by the site’s own ‘Village Hall’ yoga, eating and workshop space, garden break-out areas and delightful cottage accommodation.
The homely cottage rooms you will stay in boast a simple, elegant interior design and have been selected to suit a range of budgets. Options include:

11.30 -12.30 Hormone Workshop 1 - The science of your hormones and menopause
12.30 - 16.30 Social Time - Your time is your own to explore the stunning grounds, swim in the heated outdoor pool or swimming lake - or just socialise with the team and fellow attendees. Healthy snacks and herbal teas will be made available.
16.30 - 17.30 Hormone Workshop 2 - Gut Seminar
17.45 - 19.00 Soma Flow Yoga
